Hi,
1. I am looking for any instrument that could be used to measure "working styles" of employees.
2. Which are the popular instruments to measure Big 5 personality traits?
3. The making of instruments for use in HRD has always fascinated me. Can you please suggest some books that get into the practical details of how to go about making an instrument, determining it's validity and reliability, calculating other parameters of the instrument, etc.
4. What are the theories, etc that can be used to 'customise' a instrument for use in India?
Looking forward to your inputs. murali

Hi murali, I strongly recommend "Training Instruments for HRD and OD" by Dr. Udai Pareek, which contains a repertoire of psychological tests, questionnairs, self-evaluation tests, projective techniques and other instruments with added information on reliability and validity in several instruments.
