You can implement the following Employee Engagement Programs which will help the Organisation for better Communication (both ways), Transperency.

1. Skip Meeting:

Idea has come from IT industry and the concept is spreading all the sectors. Basically, the Team of People have a meet (lunch / Dinner) with Top Management skipping thier bosses. Which will result in to have better understanding of Team probel by the Management and Team can get know wht mgt is expecting from them

2. Town Hall / Open Hall Meet.

This idea has come from IT industry. The employee of the company have called for a meeting with Top Mgt and Mgt invites employees to give their suggestion for any new policies / any Organisational probelm. This is a effective tool, where the employees feel they have recognized or considered.

3. You can also organise for Team outing & Team Lunch (Informal)
