Hi, I was recently been introduced to this website last week by one of you and have found loads of inputs, files and mails which I'm sure wil help me on the path ahead...Thanks a ton for all of that !!

I work for a young and growing "Investment Bank" with approx. 200 employees and offices in 12 cities/towns which I'd have to visit. How do I go about preparing a HR budget for the fiscal !?

Also, we'd be running a 'Training & Induction' programme soon - could some of you please help me with a broad outline to structure for the same.

I have the content files but could really use some soft skills files/content too.
