Hello All,

I have recently joined Software Company where I have been given an Initial assignment to improve the quality of life.

The initiatives which I have to take should be at an individual level not at the organization level.

I am right now taking care of 60 team members who are software engineers; please do give me some suggestions and ideas that what sort of initiatives I can take to improve their quality of life @ work.
