Hi friends,

I am wondering how other contingency recruiters handle the Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement for Direct Placement and Recruiter Splits.

Do others use multiple TOS agreements? Or have you found a language rider for how to establish standard terms for fees to handle a direct placement versus a split?

Thanks in advance for your input or any suggested samples... Oh it drives me insane, that I have a great resource base of Fortune 500 experienced job seekers, and yet I am probably 1 "rider" modification from being able to start getting to work. :D
