I would like to know of Sourcing strategies that are being used in other companies for their Sales Force (this includes front-line sales force, and Area Sales Managers).
Specifically : How can sourcing be used as a performance indicator? What is the break-up of direct/agency recruitment in case of front-line sales force What is the policy used for lateral recruits in case of front-line sales force? What is the break-up of MBA/Non-MBA amongst frontline sales force as well as Area Sales Managers? What should be the future priorities in soucring in Sales force? I want to know what other companies are doing, you need not tell me the name of your company, but the sector would help, ie: Telecom, It, FMCG etc.
