Hi Jaggi! I appreciate your ambitious thought! Very true you need to have a complete insight of HR roles & functions, not only knowledge else you should also have a expertise of working in the same arena...Which will help you attain the SAP HR course. If you still heed towards the course without pertaining the above then you may land up to be a mediocre in SAP HR... I suggest you gain experience & work exposure towards the rest of the HR functions, which are critically important before you take a step ahead for your SAP HR... All the best for your future Endeavour’s Regards, Satish

Dear,

You need to have some domain experience in HR before you learn SAP HR which is basically help you to understand the concepts in ERP and map the same according to the requirement of Clients in any given environment for implementing ERP. You should have basic understanding regarding how recruitment, time management and payroll & statutory compliances etc are being dealt  when you learn SAP you can easily understand the concepts and can become successful in ERP.

Hi every one,

My name is Sandeep. Iam doing my final sem of MBA-HR. Ours is an Industry Integrated Programme where we work for four days in week from second semester with any organization. Thats an Internship.

Now my doubt is, As a fresher how far it is advisable to go for certifications like Sixsigma green belt or courses like SAP HR.

I request you to kindly give your opinions.

Regards

Sandeep Kanaparthi
