Hi all

I am Admin head Of IT, BPO service provider organization our company is trying for ISO certification, can any one of you tell me about the leave policies like how many CL is MUSt and El and Sick leave for ISO certification or their is no such rule for ISO certification

Hi rashmi

ISO Standard is a guideline which will tell you how to frame and maintain your policies.it does not dictate terms and conditions.

As far as to my knowledge there is no leave policies mandatory as per ISO standard.It is your company to decide and frame how many leaves EL and CL to be given.

Hi Rashmi,

As the ISO certification concerned that has different parameters and for leave policy you need to implement the national level rule i.e 7 CL, 7SL (yearly) and 1 EL on 20 days working,
