Our professional or personal growth in our life is like a "Rubber-Ball". Your education, values of the family, attitude and family background decide the initial altitude of your life. The better is your education…the strongest is your family background…bigger the dream you have – the highest will be your initial altitude and you will move up and up in your life. Once your life…your career reaches the highest point…so high that there is no more space to move on then it starts moving downward.
Seeing their downfall people get panic but as I said that your career…your growth is like a rubber-ball, so it just need a solid platform to bounce back. Now for you each passing day will be worse then the previous day…remember your fall is in downfall. Once, it touches the ground, then your career…your life will bounce back. People get disappointed, frustrated, and impatient and take wrong steps…some people even go to the extent of committing suicides. Probably, they don't know that it is a matter of time. If they hold their ground for a while…if they continue for some more time…they will bounce back. Well, this theory is applicable if you are in open space. There is another angle to this theory.
If you are in a closed room and your ball (Your Career…Your Life) starts hitting the walls. Here also, your education, values of the family, attitude and family background decides the initial altitude of your life. You will be able to bounce back soon…quite faster but soon it will lie flat on the ground and die. Here, I am talking about those people who have 10-15 godfathers to take care of them. Every time, they get someone or the other to support them but the moment any of their godfather withdraws, they just fall…flat on the ground and find it difficult to bounce back.
