Due Diligence Questions

Dear HR Folks,

With the Offer Acceptance Rate coming down in the IT industry, I am in the process of preparing a Due Diligence Questionnaire that would help me segregate the candidates who are realistically willing to join my company from candidates who would give me a pass at the last minute. I would require some inputs (list of questions) from you.

I hope giving you a clear picture about our services would be helpful to you to provide me with good inputs. We are a software development company who also provide our consultants on project basis to our onsite clients. The time for the entire recruitment cycle (normally includes visa processing for candidate also) is relatively short and we recruit techies (who are open for relocation to our onsite location in short time span) on Full-time or Contract basis.

I hope the above info is helpful to you in providing enough inputs for my due diligence questionnaire. Few of the aspects could be to judge whether:

§ The candidate is really open for relocation

§ The candidate has any family obligations which could restrict him from traveling abroad
§ The candidate is willing to relocate to some other country (mostly US) other than the project location

§ The candidate has any specific strong reasons for relocating to the location of the project etc…..

Expecting your early reply….
