Dear friends,
I am a junior staff at humanitarian organization, and would like to provide my performance evaluation. And due to the procedure and approach changing in program implementation, I miss some of my deadline and cause many delays. The changing was not made by me, but managerial level.
How should i explain and defend my condition in my evaluation. what is the right way to explain this so that my explaination wont take it as denial by the employer. and please send me some of your performance evaluation samples.
