I request you to do the exit analysis, identify the trends and then come up with interventions.

This will certainly help in reducing attrition.

In any organization, attrition takes place but the focus should on retaining your performers.

Every organization is unique, hence it is not necessary that what has worked in other organization to curb attrition will certainly work for your organization too.
