Re: How can HR implement KMS ?

Hi,

You could do that by encouraging the right behavior....for eg: most organizations embark on a KM journey by merely creating a KM portal. However a KM portal will only work if people willingly share the right kind of information.

For this you need to build a culture - how do you do that - by communicating.
Not enough? What else can HR do?

Start capturing this data in the appraisals - build rewards around demonstrating this behavior - and by rewards I don't necessarily mean "money"....

.....there are so many ways of rewarding people for the right behavior in organizations without any consequential financial implications whatsoever.....

For starters HR guys need to put on the thinking caps themselves and get innovative!!
