Differentiation of HR practices within service...

Hi folks!

I would like to understand whether there are any differences in HR practices prevelent in hospitality, financial services and other industries within the service sector?. As i comprehend the nature of business is different in these industries and the only similarity is that these impart services.But does HR practices change in each of these with the nature of business? If yes,then how?
