I have been at my current job for a little over 2 years and in that time I completed my bachelor's. There are less than 10 employees in the whole company and we are all stretched to our capacity and the manager does not communicate and wont hire anyone else. Ever since I have been with the company I have not moved anywhere. I was told
recently it is because I miss so much work. The first year I missed so much time was because of my graduation (which I used my vacation time) and a little bit of unpaid time. Now it has been because I have been going on interviews and I cant let him know far enough in advance when Im going to be off. I have a feeling my boss wants me to go anyway. Im overpaid for what I do there and he dosent like it. (He told me that.) Someone else had hired me in and then left.

Im starting to have second callbacks in the same week and have just about ran out of reasons to leave on short notice. Im really unhappy in my current job and cant afford to loose it. Any suggestions?

Hi, I suggest, first of all you should decide your goal in life. After that pursue this. If you think you can perform better in any other organisation, apply for job, request your prospective employer to take interview at convenient time when you can do your present job as well as you can attend interview too Always remember, nothing is perfect in this world, everywhere you will find some or big disadvantage and dissatisfaction Regards Govind

I hope you have been able to find another job by now. But if you are still interviewing try grouping your interviews on the same day or like many employees, try to schedule your interview after hours or before hours.

Dear

If you have any good oppotunity then u can go for the same.

But give sufficient time to hand over all work to new one of the co.

Bcoz in this world either personal life or corporate life not a single work will stop without anyone.
