Dear Fraternity ,

I have been assigned to draft a deputation Agreement wherein the employee shall be deputed to UK for a period of 18months and thereafter for 3-4 months while back in India .Kindly help me as to what factors /clauses that i should include in the agreement and what kind of liquidated damages /action would be appropriate incase of a breach of agreement.I would be greatly obliged if somebody could provide me with some inputs or existing template in this regard .
