Dear Friends,

I have hear a lot of talk and seen many articles written about pay for performance programs but I don't really see where they are common (other than sales commissions and executive bonuses). Is anyone thinking about implementing pay for performance programs at their company?

Dear jim,

Pay generally means salary earned after performance. Pay also means, salary fixed based on the performance in the interview. Whcih one u are referring to. If u mean salary earned after performance, it is payment by results which is calculated based on Job Evaluation. If u mean salary fixed based on performance in the Test/Interview, then it is based on Pschometrics. However, in both the cases,mathematical calculations are involved.
