EL+CL entitlement during leave

Hi,

If i am on leave of about one month due to some serious illness ,

during leave, can i entitle of CL+EL

Hi,

Kindly refer your leave policy. Utilization of leaves  will be mentioned in leave policy. Generally if any body sick over one month period they can avail eirther SL or EL only.

Hi,

No organisation can club EL & CL because earned leave is a type leave which an employee earned during the period of his service (i.e generally on 20 working days 1 EL is earned, which is also encashable on basic amount of salary). Earned Leave can be availed all at a time. Cl stands for casual leave which an individual take maximum 2 at a time.

Dear Deepica

If we see as per law then go with your Standing Order and I am sure It will never allow to both leave can be claimed simulteniusly. Always EL can be entitled with only Sick leave, but Casual Leave are those which are calimed with no other leave.

During your illness you will submitted your Sick leave and if you don't have than produce your EL.

I think now your querry may be solved, if u further hav any doubt can be asked.
