Hi All,
Culture is highly organization centric but if one were to generalize the following categories of organizations:
1.Public Sector Undertakings
2.Traditional Indian business houses
3.Multinationls.
4.Small single owner driven companies.
Into the following culture types:
1.Networked:Employee's support each other and openly share information.Also view their collegues as faimly members and friends.
2.Mercenary:Employee's are highly goal focusssed with high determination and intensity with little people orientation.
3.Fragmented:Employee's are judged solely on the basis of their productivity and the quality of their work.Employee's generally do not identify with their organization.
4.Communal:Employee's give equal emphasis on each other and their performance.
Where are the above mentioned categories of organizations placed in terms of the culture types?
