I am woring in a non voice BPO company....

We have Project Coordintors / Supervisor level in our company wo take care of team and process.... these people are technically strong (i.e) subject matter expert in the process but as communication problem hence unable to move to next level of career (i.e) project manager level....as this need communication to handle client interaction....

We want to incoporte english coaching class but since people come on different shift its higly difficult to organize and also we have to make sure that the productivity is not affected by the training program...

Like to know your suggestion on how to incorporate cost effective training program and to maintain the productivity...

Communication is a very vast subject area and you need to narrow down to what are the specific communication competencies PM is supposed to have.

Then identify the gap.

If Englaish and Grammar are the issues, hand over the objectives to each individual and ask them ways to meet the objectives.

Some may enroll for home tutions for all you know. They will come out with workable alternaitves.

Get a buy in to have a closure and competency assessment over a weekend without affecting the business!

Ensure that weekends are loaded with goodies...and fun and close with a REAL HIGH!
