We are planning to incorporate a gift policy in our policy manual (on giving and receiving gifts to and from our clients and vendors. I would like to hear your thoughts on how this is done in various organizations.

Dear Malathy
Our company has a policy that allows us to accept personal gifts upto a value of AED. 300. Donations and cash gifts are not allowed to be accepted. How many of personnel follow it? i don't know.
