Hi Nimisha, It depends on the organisation's flexibility, does it believe in talent development, employee development, HR orientation/focus (specifically job rotation or oppurtunity to develop self in particular practice), if this organisation allows you to do so and provided you also demonstrate then it should be a place to work with for you. Putting the basic activities of these functions, Administration - Office management, housekeeping,secuirty, vendor management, documentation work - cheque requisitions, memberships etcs, petty cash, Personnel Administration - leave administration, time management - attendance, movement of employee - Outdoor duties, shortleaves etc. HR - Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Exits, Compensation& Benefits etc Hope you got some idea on your query.........
