Hai,

i am working in CRO company, Till now we dont have any leave policy. i need to impliment leave policy for our employee,. can pls help me in this.

How many CL,PL,SL as per factories act?

The leave which you have mention is according to the leave act ..am i right??

If yes , than my comany has PL=21,CL=5,SL=4 ......is that ok??

Can this leave befircation depends on co .to co.??
