Can anyone suggest me the topic for SIP which is current and which may cover the problem related to recession faced by HR Professionals while working in industry.
It will be a great favour if anybody can help me by suggesting a good topic for my SIP.

Hi !
I think the best topic during recession would be to check the impact of attrition due to recession and to do the specific calculations on the turnover of the company. The best would be do your SIP in some software /manufacturing firm.
