Query on Gratuity

Dear All,

I am working in CRO Company, Till now our employees not having Gratuity.

1. Gratuity is manditory for all companies?

2. If manditory,can i do any registration like ESI,PF?

3. If registration is manditory, can pls help me the procedure?
