Dear Usha
You can begin with any topic. But what is the purpose? Is it for assignment? Is it for publishing as an article in a newspaper? Or for publishing in a journal? Or for your in-house journal?
Whatever it may be, I suggest some topics:
Gender bias in compensation and reward systems in any particular industry, firm or service organization;
Types of reward plans used in any organization or firm (Straight piece rate or Taylor's differential or Merrick or Gantt;
Gain sharing versus profit sharing in organizations
