Hi,

Could anyone help me to get information that what are the table of contents for attrition and how we can calculate a year to date figure. have seen lots of sites , but it really confusing. it would be great if HR folks could help..

Hi,

HR professionals calculate attrition in diffrent ways. Most common way of attrtion calculation is annualised attrition which assumes average exit across year. If you are following financial year to calcualate annual.attrition then

(Total no.of exit in X monhs/X)12/Avg HC%
