Gratuity is payble to the person who completes 5 yrs of service, have following queries
If we ask someone to resign who is about 3.5 yrs of service then are we liable to pay grauity ( assumption if we had allowed an employee to complete the remaining period and havent removed him ) he would have completed 5 yrs of service.
