Employer Branding is a new and growing concept in the field of Human Resources.

I have to build a Comprehensive Employer Branding Strategy for my company. It is a family owned business in Real Estate industry which is currently undergoing transformation into a corporate organization. Please help me with this as this is the first time I am working on Employer Branding.

If you could share any Employer Branding strategies that are currently being implemented, that would be nice. Any pdfs, docs, urls would also be helpful.

Also, would like to know the view of the H.R. community on the future of Employer Branding.
