Hi, Six Sigma and Lean are well validated frameworks to drive breakthroughs in organizational business process for delivering superior customer satisfaction, lower operating costs, accelerated cycle time, enhanced quality, productivity and reducing risks.
HR has a very important strategic role to play in driving organizational performance. In addition, HR also has to successfully and credibly deliver operational services to internal customers of the organizations like Service Delivery / Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounts/Finance, IT, R&D and other parts of the business.
Key HR processes that can significantly benefit from Lean Six Sigma applications include:
- Create and Manage HR Planning, Policy, and Strategies
