I can share the policy which we are using in our organisation related to Birthday policy, we in HR have a complete record of our existing employee's birth date, hence we prepare a list of the same and if there are more than one person whose birthday is during a month then we plan to celebrate a single day party for all those employee. We have fix the gift entitlement for every level of employees start from Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 8000/- . Process are as under 1. Send a birthday wishes greeting through Email from HR to the individual and copy to every employee so that they can well aware to wish him/her. 2. For our junior staff, a simple information letter put on the notice board for their information. 3. Fix a day in the eand of the month for arraging a party in the second half of the day after discussion with HR and admin team 4. Circulate a formal notice to each and every employee regarding the time and venue of the party 5. Arranging food items with cake and gift (after having every one's choice of gift) 6. Serve greeting with every one's sign with flower bouque and Gift If the birthday candidates are more than 5 persons, then we plan to enjoy the birthday party outside the office premises.
