This is a query regarding the various functionalities of a Knowledge Manager. 

What are his Key Result Areas (KRAs)?
What specific areas he must have handled?
What kind of companies have an exclusive position for a Knowledge Manager? 
Kindly breif me more on the same.Will await a response from you all.

kra's mandatory for any professional org. They have two parts. one Is the technical aspect and the other being the behaviopural aspect. both being on a ratio of 60:40. Kra's will be based on slkill sets. following are the points one must keep in mind during this exercise.

KRA's Must :-

1. Acheiveable
2. Realastic
3. Measurable
4. Few in number
