Hi All,

I am working for a MNC and look after their regional HRD office. I am quite impressed with this facility and appreciate the endeavours of people behind it. It is really a great help for the HR community.

I take the liberty of seeking your opinion and suggestions on a task that I am handling for the first time.

I am suppose to develop a Crisis Management Plan for the region - Middle East.

Would appreciate your comments, suggestions that could help me get going with this quite urgent task.

Any sample plans will be more helpful. I thank you in advance for your help.
