Dear Members, Having 3.5 yrs of experience in Corporate Human Resources, now I am pursuing Masters in HRM & am looking for guidance pertaining to a research survey that I want to undertake on Employee Self Service portal (SAP R3, ECC 6.0). I am going to undertake this research in a large manufacturing-industry corporate. I wanted your guidance regarding how should I construct the survey questionnaire. To explain you in brief, this survey will comprise of approximately 70 respondents who essentially will be the current employees of the organization & that they re active users of SAP-ESS. For now, I am working on the line of measuring their Knowledge, Attitude, Practice (of ESS) & assessing the impact of ESS implementation on various business processes & soft attributes.
