I’m a construction manager of construction sites across the country.My back ground has always been nuts and bolts and through experience have got to this position.
I’m been asked to write a report outlining the nature and development of the craft skilled persons, and my supervisors on-site and perceived effect on skill shortages throughout the sites looking at the manpower planning (for the company).
I’ve done a little bit of research and I need to identify the modern apprenticeship system, SVQ’a and CITB & CISC?? Other areas I’m starting to look at are:
Staff development
Training professional & Management staff
Qualification route for technical support staff
Any help / guidance would be much appreciated..... or to do it for me? ha ha.
