Hi ,

I am working as an HR in an IT Co. based in Noida. We are around 90 people company.I want to make the management aware of the statutory laws applicable to our size company so that we comply to these acts.

I am keen to know that as a company, what all laws are applicable to us like PF,ESI ,Maternity etc. I look forward to your assistance.
