Hello Friends
I have recently joined a company which is in infrastructure business having strength around 250. my task is to propose  HR policies for the company but I am a fresher so please help me out how to go about this.

Hi Roshi,

You can also include the following in the preparation of HR Policies

1)    Flexi timing policy
2)    GPA(Group Personal Accident)
3)     Working hours policy
4)     Leave Rules
5)     Local Conveyance charges policy

i am also HR professional and i would like to know the basic difference between HR Policy and HR manual and employee Handbook. these all words has same meaning or they have different meaning?
