hi all...this is shimit here...m doing my training in HR in Vodafone...i needed to prepare a a training program for its employees but m totally confused in the step of Pre-Assessment....can some body plz make me understand wat actually PRE-ASSESSMENT means and wat v hav to do in this stage.....plzzzz reply me soon...plzzzz

Hi shimit,

maybe im too late to reply you...

An effective training program can be define through:

i) Pre-assessment test

ii) Post-assessment test and

iii) Comparison groups

Pre-assessment test is conducted on selected employees to identify their readability before attending the training program. Participant should has basics knowledge about the course content like able to understand the interactions, able to write and etc in order to meet the course objectives.
