Hi Jigar,

Asyou know the reward and award system is most important to the employees , we are having a star rating system for the employees . In this , if employees performance is outstanding and he did extra , except his job duties and company find his work so good then the boss will give him 1,2 or 3 stars and if he creates stars as per the star rating system he will be awarded by cash rewards or gift hampers.

hi,

The best part of HR is to bring the best efforts  & performance from the employees ,once the performance is seen they must be motivated with certain incentives.Announce certain monthly performance review awards, like the "Best performer of the month" Mr. Bravo" and so on..and most importantly try to present it in front of other peer groups so that it really boosts up his morale. This gives positive image to other colleagues also.Award or reward can be anything which measures and equilates his/her performance.

It can be an Gift voucher,Appreciation certificate,Monetary incentives and so on..

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.

Thanks & Regards,

Lakshmi.

Hi Jigar,

create the JD first, prepare the KPI & KRA

you can evaluate the perfomance on the basis of wiegtage alloted to each KPI.

for eg., kpi of ana accountant

timely calculation and filling of taxes(cst , stetc)  30

calculation of salary                                                  15

 handling petty cash                                                 15

bank reconcilliation                                                  20

debit note/ credit note                                              20

total                                                                            100

on the basis on quqrterly evaluation you can give star performer etc if he gets above 95 % in every review / evluation.
