Hi Jigar, create the JD first, prepare the KPI & KRA you can evaluate the perfomance on the basis of wiegtage alloted to each KPI. for eg., kpi of ana accountant timely calculation and filling of taxes(cst , stetc) 30 calculation of salary 15 handling petty cash 15 bank reconcilliation 20 debit note/ credit note 20 total 100 on the basis on quqrterly evaluation you can give star performer etc if he gets above 95 % in every review / evluation. |
