Hi!
I am a MBA(marketing specialisation)with BE in Production Engineering.

I have got almost 7 years experience in sales of Computer Hardwares and Power Equipments(UPS).But through out I have worked under different dealers where exists more work and meagre package(not even 1 Lakh in a year).One has no HR benefits
and no future also.

With this qualification and with this back ground of experience now I am thinking what to do.

Can any one suggest me.Also please let me know which companies I should try and how.

Is there any way out to move forward.

If you are confident about your communication skills, then there are many companies that are right there waiting for you. You have an experience of 7 years which is not less. All you need to do is market your skills...Marketing and Sales Executives are the best match for you job profile...

with my limited experience of HR, i can only guide you to concentrate on your communication, marketing skills and knowledge of the subject.

You can also approach some good consultants in your area, you will get good chance..

but also keep faith on you.
