Dear hr professionals, I have a question here. We are hiring a batch of Customer Relationship Executive in our Malaysia office. They had signed a contact with us which stated they will entile for 10 days annual leave per year in addition to the gazetted public holidays in Malaysia. Verbally we had informed them that they working schedule and public holidays will follow actually in HK.
They will follow HK holidays, we will pay them double if their ship is on that day. Question is, how bout Malaysia public holidays? Like National Day. Will us need to pay them double and will them entitle for the holidyas?
