Hello,
I am looking for guidelines/material/case studies/examples related to setting in place an organisation's core ideology (i.e.Mission and Values) . . . i..e not just having it articulated on paper, but more improtant, how does it get translated to reality and woven into the organisation's fabric. Can any one please help?
Similarly, can anyone help with material related to building an organisation's culture in sync with its values.
