Hi,
I was hoping to get some help on this. I am supposed to flag off the Bonus plan for our organization. This conventional bonus plan which has top 5% next 15% employees etc. rewarded against the organization performance. I am supposed to flag this off to our employees and was wondering if anybody of you has already done that help me phrase appropriate covering note which will state the organization objectives, employees objectives etc etc....to make it look as a terrific motivation tool. Your help is solicited and highly appreciated.
