Is there a docket available with any of you to guide your line managers at branch and upcountry offices on how to comply with statutory obligations like the attendance register format, notices under Gratuity act, ensuring receipt of monthly PF/ESI challan copies from vendors, service partners, and the ilk. I am planning to compile a mannual which will be a ready reckoner for the line guys detailing: 1. list of legal formalities that are to be met 2. internal process definition to operationalise compliance constantly 3. copy of formats/templates that can be simply photocopied and used 4. and more. . . . .
