I have a case and i would like you all to go through it
Rahul Sahir was a hard working chap. He could work along with any team and was very cooperative sort of guy. He always worked to achieve the company set goals and always had his own personal targets which was at par with the company goals. But Rahul is really unhappy these days though he is having excellent talents he did his MBA not from a top ranked institute and rather what the top notch calls a “B GRADE” business school. He felt that he was being avoided by the other members who were from relatively well of B schools. He felt that his ideas and suggestions were not taken into considerations and he was always asked to do the back jobs and desk works. This started affecting his productivity, he gradually lost his charm, was always gloomy. He resigned his job and lost interest in finding another job. He Branded himself a “Grade B Citizen” Discussions By quitting the job Rahul moved the right step.! Prove me wrong Was it really the case or it was just his illusion?
