Dear all,

I am a student of post graduate management programme. I am assigned to write a case study on manpower planning. The task is simple if it is my own imaginative story. But the task given to me is to go to any organisation which is facing a problem in manpower planning and I have to enquire about the problem and to write the case study.

As I am new to this place (Delhi) I don't have much contacts with any companies/organisations. If any one in this group can help me out by giving their company problems regarding manpower planning, I would be much thankful to them.
