Hi Everyone,

In my company, we were thinking to outsource certain jobs to the spouse of the employee's itself. I want some guidance from the people who have done similar kind of outsourcing activity. I want to known the terms and conditions used for it, the performance monitoring, the payment methods, etc.,

Dear Suraj,

This should be treated like any other outsourcing. Here monitoring is very important and must not be done by the spouse working in your organization. Rather i would suggest monitoring of this type of outsourcing should by a committee of 2-3 people so the monitoring is impartial and without any favor.
Other points like terms & conditions and payments should be as per your organization outsourcing guidelines.
