Try this way,
40 - 50% of total can be basic 50% of basic can be HRA Medical - 1250 (keep it quarterly wherever its taxable as per employee's options and company norms) PF - 12% of basic Conveyance - 800 (above this is taxable, therefore, keep it accordingly)
Rest amount adjust in following components,
LTA - (keep this component annual) PDA Other allowance (education or city....etc)
