Reg : Salary break up

Hi all,

Can you please let me know the salary breakup for 3,50,000 Per anum.

1.How the payroll or HR will divide the salary.

2.what percentage of CTC will be the Basic ,HRA,DA and other allowance.

Hi,

Try this way,

40 - 50% of total can be basic
50% of basic can be HRA
Medical - 1250 (keep it quarterly wherever its taxable as per employee's options and company norms)
PF - 12% of basic
Conveyance - 800 (above this is taxable, therefore, keep it accordingly)

Rest amount adjust in following components,

LTA - (keep this component annual)
PDA
Other allowance (education or city....etc)
