Try following a back tracking mechanism.
Do relate to what's the working culture of the oraagnisation is and then find that what is required to be in that zone. Then try listing down the desirable behaviors that is depicted in that zone of culture.
There cannot be a standard question block that you can use, it has to be a specific customised to your organisatin set up.
Try listing down what are the mesaures of such behaviors and then design question that relates you to lead to those answers. Regards bookman
