Dear professionals,
We have started an Employee Welfare Fund in our organisation through contribution of employee and employer. Can we deposit the amount in a Bank A/c as Welfare Fund. What are the legal prerequisites to have such a fund?
I request organisations who are having such funds to please revert on the operation and maintenance of such a fund.
The matter is of utmost importance and urgent.
